The Nicot system is the most commonly used system for breeding queen bees.

If one determines the formation of queen cells on or at the edge of a honeycomb, one can e.g. B. remove the larvae from the queen cell and insert them into the queen bowl. For this purpose, the queen bowl is first placed in the queen bowl holder and this is then placed in the system base.

As soon as the queen cell is closed, the hatching and schooling cage is placed over it to prevent the newly hatched queen bee from being killed.

In order to use the assembled Nicot system in a beehive, you can fasten the system base with 2 screws in a frame and then hang it in the beehive. This allows the hatched queen bees to be cared for by bees.
